DLESP Packer

The DLESP packer is a hydraulic production packer for running with an electrical submersible pump (ESP), with secondary perforations for the ESP feed cable and capillary lines for pumping chemicals. Since its mandrel does not move, the wellhead can be installed and flanged prior to installation.

This packer is available with a variety of tubing connections. It features a sequential top slip release system, designed to release each slip individually, reducing the force required to release them. The angles of the top slips and their body allow them to be smoothly released from the casing.

Technical characteristics:

  • Adjustable activation pressure according to well conditions.
  • Adjustable release according to the resistance of the completion pipe.
  • DLESP design available in its X version up to 7,500 psi.
