Packer for 10K Water Injection

Single-string retrievable production packer with dual grips and hydraulic adjustment, and a heavy-duty J-shaped release mechanism. It can be operated as a single or tandem production packer without the need for an expansion joint. Tubing pump pressure is used to set the packer, and the setting force is locked into the packer by a body locking ring, preventing mandrel movement.

It is designed to provide maximum downhole strength, with sealing elements located on the slips and a simple 1/4-turn clockwise rotation, followed by applying tension to release it. The packer is designed for differential pressures of up to 10,000 psi, both above and below.
